To unite Magar students from Secondary level to University level and to ascertain Magar students about their rights, duties and make them actively involved in the organization.

To study different aspects, issues and problems of Magar Students and to make provision for that purpose.

To fight for the rights, welfare and justice of Magar students and to speak against political, social, administrative, educational, and other discrimination, suppression and discouragement.

To play active role in order to protect Magar language, custom, culture and tradition.

To establish "Magar Language Academy" for the publication, distribution of books, journals, thesis and booklets to be recognized in the world.

To provide trainings and conduct conferences, seminars to aware Magars widely about their problems and its solutions in the field.

To co-operate and to promote friendly relation among different political, indigenous and other student organizations in national and international level in common goals, rights and freedom, respect dignity and co-existence.

To broadcast different programs in governmental and non-governmental means of communication to promote and preserve Magar language, culture and tradition.

To make government obliged to establish Multi- Language University and to make plan for scientific, vocational and equal education system by frequent delegation and demonstration.

To appreciate and to encourage the national and international movements against discrimination on the basis of caste, language, culture, creed, gender and region; and to take part directly and indirectly in such activities.

To discourage cultural and social evils and problems; and develop in accordance with scientific revolution to the Magar society.
